New Patient Information
Before coming to your first appointment we ask that you print and fill out our New Patient Forms. This will help make your wait time shorter and more comfortable. If you need assistance in filling out the paperwork, one of our staff will be more than glad to help you in any way possible, once your arrive at our office.
Your First Appointment
One of our staff will explain the type of conditions that chiropractors treat and the success of those treatments. Then, you will have a consultation with the Doctor of your choice to discuss your health-related problems and concerns. The Doctor will ask a series of questions to determine your health history and to pin-point the cause and condition you are currently experiencing.
The Examination
Next, if you choose after the consultation to proceed with treatment, a number of specialized tests will be performed to determine which structure, muscles, or nerves, are affected and to what extent. Depending on your specific condition or complaint. The Doctor may require x-rays to either rule out more serious conditions or to assist in developing the most effective treatment plan for you.
If X-rays were taken, the Doctor will go over them with you on the following day.
Treatment options for your condition will be discussed during this time as well as payment arrangements. We never want to push treatment on our patients that they may feel they don't need. We recommend that patients be seen often at first to get them out of pain but it is up to our patients to determine their care. We will show you what we think is the optimal treatment for your condition. Our job as Doctors is to diagnose your problem and show you the appropriate care you need, your job as our patient is to determine if that is what you want and how fast you want to proceed.
Fees and Insurance
We gladly accept most health insurance. Individuals in need of our services who lack insurance and who are worried about high costs charged by many other clinics need not worry. We have highly affordable rates and flexible payment plans allowing access to high-quality care for you and your family. We also provide discounts to seniors, disabled individuals, low income individuals, military personnel, students and families.
